The Roar Combat Academy is a Hastings based martial arts club specialising in striking styles such as Kickboxing, Muay Thai and Boxing. Catering for a variety of goals such as skill development, fitness, self defense and competition. Not just learning to fight – you will simultaneously be improving your speed, power, cardiovascular fitness, mobility, agility and balance. All this time while still developing attributes such as confidence, tenacity, resilience and discipline.
