Our Gym
CrossFit Napier has a strong social focus, which makes it different from going to a regular gym. Owners Les and Waka and the coaches get to know members to make the experience personal, inclusive and fun. The gym is the largest and best equipped CrossFit gym in New Zealand. We like to think of our members as our CrossFit family, and our gym as a home away from home.
CrossFit also differs from other forms of exercise as it takes a holistic approach to health, including your physical, mental and emotional well-being. Anyone can do CrossFit. Your size, age and level of fitness don’t matter. We’re a community where you’ll be welcomed, supported and encouraged by all our coaches and members to get fitter, healthier and happier.
