I specialise in pre and postpartum fitness and rehab and help mums like you strengthen your core and pelvic floor, help/prevent diastasis recti, and improve posture and confidence.
I will work with you to create a customised workout plan tailored to your goals and lifestyle, helping you to achieve maximum results in the shortest time possible.
I offer in-person personal training sessions at my home gym, conveniently located in Glenfield, Auckland, and easily accessible from Northcote, Hillcrest, Takapuna, Wairau Valley and neighbouring suburbs of the North Shore.
