Established in 2015, CrossFit Ruark is leading the way with top quality coaching, programming and a vibrant community. Based in Rotorua in the central North Island of Aotearoa, CrossFit Ruark is perfectly situated for visitors to our region as well as those relocating.

We provide an excellent facility, with proven results in recent time having qualified for the Torian Pro CrossFit qualifier in two consecutive years (2021/22). Our coaching team share a huge abundance of knowledge and are ready to assist you with your health & fitness journey.
