Bodymind Pilates classes apply the fundamental principles of Pilates with ChiBall® & aerobic band exercises to keep your workouts enjoyable & challenging. Core Pilates classes provide a medium to high intensity workout while the Balance Pilates classes take a much gentler approach. The Balance classes are suitable for beginners or Both Core and Balance classes run every morning, except Saturday, with Core and Balance classes running every Monday & Wednesday evenings.
