Our flagship 60 minute class that combines traditional conditioning, weightlifting, gymnastics and mobility into one class. Each class is led by our excellent and friendly coaching team that can adjust our programming to any fitness level. Never touched a weightlifting bar before and not sure how to get started? We’ve got you covered, show up to our beginners course or weekly weightlifting classes.
Have you got a long-term niggly injury that needs to be worked around? One of our coaches will work with you each and every class to alter the workout to your needs. Want to take your training up a level and looking for a group of athletes to push you?
