Run by a group of experienced coaches and fighters (operating alongside VR Jiu-Jitsu) operating in MMA, BJJ, SJJ, Muay-Thai and San Shou. Students gain a solid grounding in their chosen martial art - at any level of capability or ambition.

Our coaches and fighters have competed in various styles of combat including MMA, BJJ, SJJ, Muay Thai, and San Shou. They have competed all over the world including New Zealand, Australia, Japan, USA, England, Macau, China, Singapore, and Malaysia.

Students at Auckland MMA and VR Jiu-Jitsu gain a solid grounding in their chosen martial art. We ensure that everyone understands and can apply the basic techniques. We also take a lot of pride in training fighters correctly for their fights, preparing them both physically and mentally for the challenge ahead. We have fighters on some of the biggest organisations in the world including One Championship and Brave MMA.
